CCCnow, our online retailer, uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers. All necessary information that customers supply will solely be used for processing purchases. We also have a secure checkout, as attested by the Verisign seal. To find out more about CCNOW's secure service, you can read the Customer Privacy Statement in our order form. You will be billed by our online retailer CCNOW. To make an online purchase, just follow these simple steps: 1. Browse available products by clicking on the navigation buttons on top of the page as well as on the right side of the page. You can also click on the name of the product to get more information. 2. When you have already chosen which product/s to purchase, simply click the "buy now" button. You will be taken to the CCNOW shopping cart. Take time to answer all needed information such as the quantity of the products. Be sure to select your area of delivery, either in Metro Manila or outside Metro Manila. 3. If you wish to add more items to your shopping cart, simply click the "add more items" button and you will be taken back to our home page where you can make additional selections. Your total bill will automatically be adjusted when you add more items to your shopping cart. If you are done with your purchase/s, you can proceed by clicking on the "Pay and Finish" button. 4. After CCNOw confirms your total purchases, you can proceed to final checkout. It is best to select the secure checkout. 5. Fill out the necessary information in the Shipping/Payment page. Please fill out every necessary field. Write all your instructions (e.g., color of the flowers, message on card, etc) in the "Other notes and instructions" field. After supplying your credit card information, click on "Submit Order." 6. You will then be given a CCNOW order number. In a few seconds, you will also get an e-mail confirmation of your order. Kindly hold on to this confirmation because you will need this when you want to track your order. 7. For our policies, kindly read the delivery information below. For more inquiries, you can e-mail us at roselync@cookieblossoms.com. Delivery Information and Policies: 1. All edible treats will be baked as ordered to ensure freshness. Allow us two days lead time to prepare your gift. We deliver Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 7 pm as well as Saturdays and Sundays, if specified in your order. 2. "When will your gift arrive?" a. Orders placed Monday up to Thursday morning will be sent to shipping address at the earliest two business days after ordering or thereafter if specified. b. Orders placed Friday will be sent Tuesday at the earliest or thereafter if specified. c. Orders placed Saturday up to Sunday morning will be sent Wednesday at the earliest or thereafter if specified. d. Cookie Blossoms may deliver one day earlier if delivery date is on a Sunday. However, it would do its best to deliver on the specified date. e. At peak seasons, especially on special occasions, Cookie Blossoms may deliver a day or two early from specified date especially if shipping address is far from its shop at #5 Corinth Street, Multinational Village, Paranaque. 3. Delivery is free for orders over $64.95 within selected Metro Manila areas only: Alabang, Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasay, Pasig, Paranaque, Quezon City,. If you have questions regarding deliveries, please contact us. 4. Should there be no one to receive the gift (eg. no one at home or if in the hospital, patient already checked out), or if the address given is incorrect, Cookie Blossoms may cancel delivery. It is advisable for customers to provide a telephone number of the recipients. If the product is shipped but was not received due to customer errors, perishable products such as flowers are deemed sold and shipping completed. For other items such as baked products, Cookie Blossoms may cancel delivery given a wrong address. 5. Cookie Blossoms may cancel orders if the shipping address is not part of the selected areas in Metro-Manila, Philippines, or due to non-availability of the chosen floral product. Order will not be charged to customer accordingly. The company however reserves the right to substitute greens and other decorations that will enhance the flower arrangement and to ship a similar type and value of arrangement as chosen. 6. Cookie Blossoms may deliver after the specified date due to events beyond its control such as typhoons and other forms of disaster, heavy traffic, temporary lack of access to the shipping address. but not more than a week after the due date. If shipping is not possible and not due to customer errors, the order shall be cancelled and not charged accordingly. 7. Cookie Blossoms reserves the right to cancel orders that may be in violation of credit card transactions. 8.
